Introduction to Pipeline and Facility Engineering and Design

April 25th PKD will teach the first offerig of a new class - Introduction to Pipeline  and Faciity Engineering and Design.  This 3.5 hour class is intended for the new designer or engineer who will be desiging pipelines and facilities.  Topics include the following:

• Equipment and Components - the materials and equipment that are used to build pipelines and related facilities
• Hydraulics - why fluids behave the way they do and how to harness their behavior during the design process
• Engineering and Design - the process with practical examples
